Returns and Replacements
Lash Republic by Milan & Co. will gladly refund or credit purchases that are unused or unopened that have been purchased directly from the Lash Republic by Milan & Co. website. We do not refund/credit/replace products chosen incorrectly by you. Proof of purchase must be provided. We will not be held responsible in any form for stock purchased from our Retail Partners.
Quality Control
Lash Republic by Milan & Co. is proud to bring the customer high quality products. We have a stringent quality control policy in place to ensure that the products you purchase are in excellent condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of the manufacturing process. If you believe that you have received a faulty product, please email us at sales@lashrepublic.com.au
Damaged Products in Transit
All orders are delivered by Australia Post, both domestically and through International Express or Air Mail. All deliverable items are not insurable; however, they are traceable and may require a signature on delivery.
If your products have been damaged as a result of transit, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to send the items back to us, at the customer’s expense, and we will gladly refund, replace or give a credit voucher equivalent to the dollar purchase of that item. We will not, however, refund the cost of return postage. We do not refund/credit/replace products chosen incorrectly by you.
All returns MUST be approved by email prior to returning products to Lash Republic by Milan & Co.
No products shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Lash Republic by Milan & Co. Please include all postage receipts.
